Time Entry & Payroll Processing
At KHI Solutions, we understand how important it is for our contacted employees to receive accurate and timely pay. We also recognize that delayed payments can create real inconvenience or hardship.
Time Entry
To ensure your time is processed on schedule, please submit all timecards by the established deadlines. We encourage you to submit your timecard on your last working day of the week, when possible. All time for the prior workweek must be submitted by 10:00 AM EST on Mondays.
Missing, late, or incorrect time entries may result in payment being delayed until the next payroll cycle.
If you need to submit time for a workweek earlier than the previous week, or if you’re submitting after the deadline, we’re happy to help ensure you get paid as quickly as possible. Please contact us and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Payroll Processing
Payroll at KHI Solutions is processed once per week, with regular paydays occurring on Fridays.
Some banking institutions offer early deposit options and may make funds available before Friday. While this timing is determined by your bank, KHI Solutions can only guarantee a Friday payday.
If you enroll in direct deposit or make updates to your banking information, please note that a prenote (pre-authorization) process may be required by your financial institution. During this verification period, your pay may be issued via paper check or delayed until the prenote process is complete. We appreciate your patience while this authorization is finalized.
Your weekly pay statements are available in your ADP Workforce Now account. We strongly encourage you to review your pay statement each week to ensure your hours, pay, and deductions are accurate.
Through ADP Self Service, you can securely:

Access current and past pay statements
Keeping your information up to date helps prevent payment delays and ensures your records remain accurate.
